Shrimp Alfredo (Spaghetti Squash):

Let me tell you, this is delicious and taste just like Alfredo pasta!

How I made it:

-Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds, bake at 375 for 40 minutes. When done, let cool then take a fork and rake out the “spaghetti” into a bowl.

-Take frozen shrimp, thaw it by running under cold water for 5 minutes. Take tails off. Put in a saucepan with a little bit of olive oil, over medium heat. Squeeze lemon juice, shake a little garlic powder over the shrimp. Cook for about 5 minutes, until shrimp has shrunk and lost the pink color.

-I just bought “Newman’s Own All Natural Light Alfredo Sauce”, it is only 45 calories per 1/4 cup! Heat it up in a saucepan.
